Spot clean the attic space and sterifab to disinfect. Remove the nesting out of the soffit line. Remove the insulation out of the soffit lines and install baffles for proper ventilation. Air seal conduit or gap as best as possible for energy efficiency. Baffle around the entry point to prevent insulation from falling into the space below. Insulate the entry door with foam board insulation. Blow over existing insulation with cellulose insulation. Remove damaged section of plywood and shingles on backside of roof. Install new plywood, ice/water shield, and shingles to match existing as best as possible. (Tamko three tab redwood). Install one new 2 inch circular vent for the soffit on the backside of the home. Paint an almond colored to match as best as possible. Install critter guard/drip edge on front and rear of home to prevent entry of birds and other animals into the attic space. Caulk under the rake board to prevent entry of bats into the attic space on both side of the home. Inside the attic space use a spray foam to help seal between the firewall and the rafter on the right and left side of the attic space. Install one roof vent guard over the attic fan to prevent entry of animals into the attic space.

Air seal with spray foam any crack, gap, and conduit line leading from the conditioned space to the attic space for better energy efficiency . Remove all the trash and blown in insulation in the attic space. Install can light covers over all recess lights for better energy efficiency. Air seal conduit lines and gaps with spray foam. Insulate entry point with foam board insulation and install weather stripping. Cover the electrical boxes with new face coverings. Insure soffit lines are clear of debris and install baffles at soffit lines and around entry point. Vent one bathroom fan through the roof with 3 inch insulated flex line and a new 223 vent on the roof. Blow in new cellulose to R49. Install one solar attic fan on the roof and protect with a roof vent guard from entry of animals into the attic space.

Best choice for best return on investment, comfort and energy savings overall. Remove all batted insulation and vacuum all visible and accessible rodent droppings. Apply disinfectant to attic by fogging to kill any virus, bacteria, and/or fungus from rodent/animal droppings. Air seal ceiling penetrations (conduit lines, gaps, and around tops of skylights) with 1part spray foam to reduce conditioned air leakage from below. Secure microwave vent to exhaust vent on the roof as best as possible. Use hvac tape to help create positive pressure and seal. Bae eaves and install rafter vents to prevent blown insulation from blocking sot vents and ensuring proper ventilation from sots. Inspect ceiling for weakness, damage and integrity. Blow in new cellulose blown insulation, batted fiberglass around the skylights and/ or blown fiberglass where appropriate. R49 will be installed in areas that can accommodate this level of insulation. Eaves are too shallow to accommodate a sufficient depth of insulation for R49. Bae, insulate, and weather strip access hatch.

Due to age/wear and tear leaks have occurred in multiple locations. Remove damaged ridge vents and replace with new black metal ridge vents to match existing. On two locations on backside of roof, remove section of shingles and damaged plywood. On front side of the home wrap the gable rake board with  sandstone beige to match existing as best as possible. On backside of home over deck area wrap with same metal on the rake board indicated by the technician. Replace one section of wood that has been damaged by water. While the crew is doing repair, crew will look at possible mud divers nests on siding and remove as best as possible.

Remove soffit on the rear section of home where squirrels have chewed next to patchwork to include the entire section from left to right at a frame, custom screen to prevent squirrel some re-entering into attic and reinstall soffit. Wow soffit is open set off deodorizer bomb at entry point to help with any possible odor.

Replace facia board on front and rear of home behind gutter line, replace soffit solid wood on front and rear of home attached to facia. Replace rake boards on left and right hand side of home. Paint wood times two with white color paint which will be exterior. Install six soffit vents which three will be installed on front and three will be installed on back and our standard size 6 inch vents. Reattach siding that is loose on upper front left side of home.
