Replace two sections of ridge vent, shingles and plywood indicated by the technician. Sections of ridge vent will be replaced with new black metal ridge vent. Shingles will be replaced with new three tab Tamko with color to match as best as possible. (No guaranty to match due to age) Replace section of shingles and plywood on backside of roof with new plywood, underlayment, and shingles to match existing shingles as best as possible. (Tamko three tab antique slate). Will not fully match due to age of roof.

Removal of soiled and contaminated insulation throughout attic to include disinfecting attic to kill any bacteria, parasites, or fleas Blow in are 38 cellulose insulation to current standard. Install RVGs over attic fans on rear roof to prevent squirrels and wrote it some re-entering attic, screen and seal foundation vents around bottom of home to prevent snakes and mice from entering. The screen around foundation vents at bottom at home and to gable vents at top of home.

Vaulted ceiling showing some damp spots. Roof is scheduled to be replaced. Customer is having roof replaced. Decking will need to be removed to facilitate installation. Demo whatever insulation is in the rafter bays and dispose. Apply 2 inches of closed cell foam to top of drywall. R13 Fill remaining cavity, assuming 10 inches of total clearance, with R25 batted insulation.

Air seal and insulate interior joist pockets at basement wall, left rear side of basement, fifteen feet. Remove and repair fireplace bump out. Remove existing fiberglass batts, caulk cracks/crevices and insulate bottom of bump out with 3” of spray foam insulation. Install heavy gauge stainless steel screen to prevent rodent chewing entry. Repair siding and replace old soffit with new. Caulk hvac line entry, and power line entry and gas pipe with weather resistant caulk.

Remove all insulation, trash, fecal matter, and nesting. Sterifab to disinfect and treat for mites, lice, and bacteria. Install new baffles at soffit lines. Client will provide 24 pieces of 2x8 plywood. Summit will install the plywood with screws provided by the client as new storage area. Baffles will be installed on outer edges of the plywood to prevent insulation from falling into storage area. Air seal with spray foam any crack, gap, and conduit line in the attic space leading from the conditioned area. Blow in new cellulose insulation under the new storage area boards. On outer edges of the attic blow in 14 inches (R49). Install critter guard along sub roofing gap to prevent entry of animals. Remove old louvre vents and install new white vinyl louvre vents with stainless steel screen on the outside to prevent entry of animals into the attic space.

Remove all insulation and air seal all penetrations from hvac, electrical and plumbing.  Air seal all cracks and crevices with insulating foam.  Install baffles at eaves to keep insulation in proper position. Disinfect attic and blow in all new cellulose insulation treated with insecticide and fire retardant.  Insulate to a R49 level, about 13 inch depth of insulation. Weather-strip and insulate attic hatch.

Remove all accessible batted fiberglass insulation in main attic space. Sterifab to disinfect due to past squirrel activity. Install can light covers over recess lights. Air seal any crack, gap, and conduit line with spray foam for better energy efficiency. Baffle around hvac unit. Install attic tent over entry point for better energy efficiency. Blow in new cellulose insulation to R49 (14 inches). Install 223 vents on roof indicated by technician. Run two bathroom fans to each vent. Each bathroom fan will have an insulated 3 inch flex line connected to the fan itself and ran to the vent through the roof for proper ventilation. Breezeway insulation: Blow over existing insulation to reach levels of R49 (14 inches). Install one solar attic fan on front left of home with a RVG to protect from entry of squirrels. One electric powered attic fan will be installed on backside of home where original fan and electrical are located. One RVG will be installed after installation to prevent entry of squirrels. If shingles are needed summit will use Tamko architectural shingle rustic slate to match existing roof as best as possible.

In first floor addition on right side of home cut an entry hike to gain access. After work is finished a attic entry point will be framed and entry door will be insulated. Weather stripping will be installed for better energy efficiency. An entry hole will be cut between the attic spaces to gain access to the other addition. Remove all batted fiberglass insulation from the one addition attic space. Install can light covers over recess light. Air seal any, crack, gap, and conduit line with spray foam for better energy efficiency. Install baffles around entry point and soffit lines for proper ventilation. Blow in new cellulose insulation to R49 (14 inches).

Demo existing chimney down to just below roof line and dispose. Frame area where new roof line will be. Will require rebuild of roof rake, rake molding, additional siding may be needed to fill out new roof line. Includes replacement of existing damaged shingles. SES will attempt to match them as closely as possible. Re-seal and caulk where needed.

Foiled facing insulation on walls in laundry room that are missing. Seam tape together and secure to walls.  Insulation will be installed from floor to bottom of seal plate. Insulation in front left corner of the laundry room will be disposed and replaced with new.

Install new fan in shower/tub enclosure, duct to outside of roof per code. Install new switch by licensed electrician. Some drywall blowouts may be required to facilitate installation. Customer will be responsible for repair of drywall when completed. Main bathroom vent was closed into attic. Cut existing opening in roof to permit main bathroom vent to discharge onto roof into 750 vent. 

Left side of home, addition, roof decking is sagging. Inspection reveals fungal growth in tight attic space. Lack of ventilation due to no vented soffits around entire home. Demo all existing roof decking, install new decking with encapsulation primer. Expose area at eaves, install baffles as needed to permit airflow. Replace existing 5 tab shingles with new 5 tab shingles, synthetic underlayment, ice/water shield and drip edge to eaves and rakes. Install new composite ridge vent along entire main roof line. Includes installation of new composite matching cap shingles. Soffit replacement: Demo and install new vinyl vented soffit along entire perimeter of home, including rear addition.  Demo of roof on addition revealed warped and damaged upper trusses. Sister in additional wood to secure and flatten roof profile. 

Demo damaged insulation from space. Install new 12 mil liner over top of existing liner. Seal to walls and wrap all columns. Install Borafoam on all walls up to sill plate. Apply 2 inches of closed cell foam to rim joist around entire perimeter to air seal and provide R13 insulation. Close and seal all crawlspace vents. Install new poly hatch, without hinges to opening and insulate hatch. To partially condition space a silent fan will be installed in the hallway pantry closet which will draw air into the space and condition it.

Due to age/wear and tear leaks have occurred over kitchen area. Remove shingles and 750 vent on backside of roof. Replace damaged plywood with new sub roofing. Install new underlayment, 750 vent, and shingles to match existing as best as possible. (Tamko three tab rustic cedar).

Due to age/wear and tear two leaks have occurred. One over the closet and the other in the hallway. Replace entire black metal ridge vent with new metal ridge vent, caulk to seal. Remove section of shingles and plywood under the dryer exhaust vent and replace with new plywood, underlayment, and shingles to match existing as best as possible.  (Tamko three tab black). Replace missing shingles on backside of roof.

In attic space install can light covers over recess lights with non-combustible air tight covers sealed with spray foam. Install baffles around hvac unit, entry point, and at soffit lines/eaves. Insulate entry point with insulation foam board with radiant barrier and install weather stripping around entry point for better energy efficiency. Seal top plates, junction boxes, conduit lines, and other penetration points with spray foam to air seal as best as possible. Blow in new cellulose insulation over existing insulation in smaller attic spaces to reach levels of R49. Blow over existing insulation in main attic space (larger)with new cellulose insulation to reach levels of 14 inches (R49).

Drill holes at the top of exterior wall inside garage between studs in order to blow in cellulose insulation, after cavity of wall is filled mud and sand plug holes. Spray foam drywall inside attic over master bedroom with 2 inches to help reduce air leakage which is causing bedroom to be cold. Blow in are 19 cellulose insulation over top of garage oh to help better insulate under master bedroom.
