Remove all batted/blown in insulation in both attic spaces, and mouse fecal matter. Sterifab to disinfect and treat for mites, lice, and bacteria. Install new baffles at soffit lines and around entry points. Install new white composite doors to entry points and insulate. Blow in new cellulose insulation to R49 (14 inches).
