The customer needed new attic insulation.

Solutions provided:

Remove all the insulation to include the insulation in the soffit areas. Air seal gaps and conduit lines for better energy efficiency. Install baffles around the entry point and at the soffit lines. Insulate the entry door with foam board insulation and install weather stripping. Blow in cellulose insulation to R38 (11 inches).

Remove the old vent on the roof and install a 750 vent. Route both fans with insulated flex lines to the new 750 vent. Install one roof vent guard over the attic fan to prevent entry of animals into the attic space.
