Remove old batted fiberglass insulation and boards, animal nesting, feces. Sterifab entire attic space's to disinfect. Air seal gaps and conduit lines with spray foam insulation. Check the wires for any damage. If major damage is found during installation client will be notified. Blow in new cellulose insulation to R49 (14 inches).
