Solution Provided: Summit to pump out water from the crawlspace and remove old debris, insulation, and vapor barrier. The perimeter will be dug out in order to install fastdrain. install fastdrain and corner port connects, fastdrain will be attached to the sump pump and backfilled with gravel. rear right corner to be dug out for install of the sump. crock/basin to be set in place and electrical power hooked up. runoff for dump will be through rear right foundation wall and run behind the shed in back yard. crawlspace to be treated under subfloor and rim joist for mold. dimple shield drain mat to be installed to floor with a 16mil vapor barrier. R13 batted insulation to be installed underneath subflooring of crawlspace per VA code. any unforeseen issues are not in this contract.

Solution Provided: Summit to remove debris/insulation from the crawlspace and treat rim joist and subfloor with mold treatment. Summit to dig out inside perimeter of crawlspace and grade for install of the drainage system. Install fastdrain around perimeter walls of the inside crawlspace and connect to sump pumps. backfill with gravel Install 2 crock/basin sump pumps with 1/4 hp motors at low lying point and install PVC runoff drain to outside on the rear right side of the home and dig 12-15 ft away from home and install discharge line with dry box. Hook up electrical for both the sump pump and dehumidifier Air seal top of the rim joist with spray foam around perimeter walls and seal any vents. Install R11 foam board insulation to walls or crawlspace with a vapor barrier. Install crawl shield/ dimple shield mat to floor of the crawlspace to protect the vapor barrier. Install 16mil vapor barrier to the floor of crawlspace and seam tape to walls. Install a wise air 55 dehumidifier and run condensation line to the sump pump. Remove entry frame and dig out to install a watertight turtle system to allow access to the crawlspace. Crawlspace fastdrain system comes with a 25year warranty on the system itself, dehumidifier and sump pumps come with the manufacturer warranty only. any natural disasters or foundation issues are not covered.

Solution Provided: Trapping program up to 1week for squirrels on the front right eave of home and after trapping is completed, box hole with cream metal to prevent further entry. Recommend critter guard reinforcement with cream metal behind the gutter line on home and wrap corners at the hip roof to prevent future entry. Right corner ridge vent repair. Mice treatment in the attic before and after insulation is replaced. Droppings, borrow leaves and chewed insulation found in the attic. Per client request, remove insulation to include droppings and inspect all wires and hvac flex duct. seam tape any hole in flexduct. take pictures of any damage found to wires for repair. sterifab treat to kill any bacteria mites or lice, client to be out home for 2hrs. blow in R49 cellulose insulation to va standard and install baffles as needed.
