Why did the customer contact us?

The customer needed their attic remodeled.

Solutions provided:

Full attic remodel includes the following: Construction of attic spaces per stamped plans provided by customers. Standard fixtures, paint, cabinetry, flooring. Customers will assist in selection. Licensed electrician to bring circuits up to attic space (if heavy up or sub panel is needed that will be additional cost). Licensed plumbers will need to bring sewer and water lines up to the attic. This will require a demo of suitable walls to run lines to space. Installation of two mini split HVAC systems, one at each end of attic space with required electrical connections. Install skylight per last minute request from the customer. This was not on the original stamped plans. All drywall, insulation, trim, doors, cabinetry, counters and fixtures are standard. If a customer wants upgraded items the difference in cost will be applied to the proposal. All work done to current building codes.
