Solutions provided:

Due to age/wear and tear leaks have occurred over living room area in rear of home. Remove section of shingles and flashing indicated by technician. Check plywood for any damage and install new plywood. Siding will need to be removed during process and re installed afterwards. If any siding is broken in the process it will be additional to replace.
