Why did the customer contact us?

The customer needed new insulation for their home.

Solutions provided:

Blow over existing fiberglass, 5 inches. No baffles installed at eaves and is required per code. Install a wood baffle around the entry hatch. Demo and replace attic staircase. Will need to determine if there is any additional damage once demo work is completed. May require some additional framing at additional cost. The 16 LF section of supplemental supports need replacement due to inadequate installation. Remove 5 columns, install new footers per code and install new lally columns and carry beams. Will attempt to lift where needed to level the floor. Cannot guarantee that cracks will not form from this process.
