The customer needed roof repairs.

Solutions provided:

Remove one length of damaged ridge vent, install 2 lengths of ridge vent. Install 6 end caps and reinforce ridge vents with screws and caulk. Remove dish, leave bracket on rear of roof. Clean out bird debris/nesting from the attic and remove. Sterifab area to kill mites and bacteria. On the ceiling upstairs, scrape affected area flat, paint with kills in leak areas and “nail pops”. Apply a Skim coat of drywall compound sand.
