Solutions provided:

Replace rotten 6 foot section of triple 2 x 10 beam. Lift entire carrying beam and replace inadequate shims. Some minor lifting of home will be required. Replace with custom structural steel shims and secure. Some drywall may crack due to the work to be performed. The customer will be responsible for repairing drywall.
