The customer had some fascia damage.

Solutions provided:

On the backside of home, a section of fascia board is damaged. Remove gutter line and damaged section of fascia board indicated by technician. Section of fascia board that is replaced will have new white metal installed over top. White drip edge will be installed. Existing gutter lines will be reinstalled. Old leaf guards on gutter line that are reinstalled will be disposed of.
