Solutions provided:

Remove all batted and blown in insulation in attic space. Remove storage boards and insulation from underneath. Install new baffles around the entry point and at soffit line. Air seals any crack, gap, and conduit line for better energy efficiency. Insulate the entry door and install weather stripping. Blow in new cellulose insulation to R49 (14 inches).
