25 x 35 attic (875 sq ft ) Remove all accessible batted fiberglass insulation. Treat attic with 1.5 gallons of sterifab agent to cover 875 sq ft .Clean and repair 25 ft x 2 flexible ducts and reattach to vent. Install new baffles and stryovents over soffit areas Blow in cellulose 12″ for R-38 value in attic.
