Why did the customer contact us?

The customer needed new attic insulation.

Solutions provided:

In main attic space indicated by technician remove batted fiberglass from soffit lines. Install baffles at soffit lines for proper ventilation. Install a 2×4 at the entrance and baffle around entry point. Install insulation board on entry door and weather stripping. Blow over existing insulation with 10 additional inches of cellulose insulation to reach R49 (14 inches). Extend two flex lines coming from the bathrooms and install one 750 vent on roof with shingles to match existing as best as possible. Bathroom flex lines will be vented through the 750 vent.
