Replacement of roof and removal of debris. Roof is a double layer roof. Check plywood under shingles. Install new synthetic underlayment, new rain/ice shield installed, keep new existing drip edge in place, new shingled ridge vent, new flashing, new cricket behind the chimney, and new pipe collars for sewage exhaust pipes. Remove old satellite/anchors and replace plywood underneath. 30 year Tamko architectural asphalt shingles.
