The customer needed front bump out and window repairs.

Solutions provided:

Left side basement picture window leaking at top into living space. Trim above window is rotten/damaged and evidence of water entering the window under the trim. Demo trim. Flash up to siding and down to window, seal to house wrap and around window. Replace trim at top of window including caulk/paint. SES will test for water entry when completed. It is possible additional work may be needed including removal of siding and wrapping side of home. Replace trim from top of window to base. Includes accent trim above and inspection for any additional damage.
