HVAC in attic overflowed condensate pan and damaged ceiling which collapsed. Remove insulation damaged by overflow, remove damaged drywall, install new drywall (approx. 3-4 sheets, tape joints, mud, block, sand finish ready for paint, and blow in new cellulose insulation over previously damaged area.
