Solutions provided:

Blow cellulose insulation over front porch area ceiling and adjacent open joists area indicated by technician. Ceiling in kitchen is already opened up. Remove any batted fiberglass insulation on indicated front seal plate and spray foam 2 inches of closed cell spray foam. Section of duct work over porch ceiling will be spray foam with closed cell spray foam.
