Solutions provided:

Add Leaf Solutions to uncapped gutters around home, gutters to be flushed and cleaned first. 5in white for the color. Replace rotten trim on left side of home above carport and below roofline where would it is rotten and deteriorated. Scream from the exterior left and right louver vent on top of roof. Box off with white metal at intersect point where the two roofs meet on left side of home at rear section where the gutters and soffit overhang.
