Why did the customer contact us?

The customer needed new insulation in their attic.

Solutions provided:

Remove all batted/blown in insulation. Sterifab entire attic space and treat for mites, lice, and bacteria. Air seal with closed cell spray foam any crack, gap, or conduit line for better energy efficiency. Fill in any hole that is a possible entry point for mice with copper cloth. Install baffles at soffit lines and around a 6×5 area of storage board (already installed) to create storage. Install one attic tent over entry point with stairs. Blow in new cellulose insulation to R49 (14 inches).
