The customer needed new attic insulation.

Solutions provided:

Remove all accessible blown/batted insulation and fecal matter in attic space. Sterifab to disinfect and treat for mites, lice, and bacteria. Remove wooden boards indicated by technician (nailed in). Air seal any crack, gap, and conduit line for better energy efficiency. Seal possible entry points for mice. Install baffles at soffit line and around entry point. Blow in new cellulose insulation to R49 (14 inches). Remove existing attic stairs and replace with new metal stairs.
