Replacement of roof. Removal of debris. Checking of plywood under shingles, if damage is found New underlayment to be installed. New rain/ice shield installed. 2 new roof boots and 750 over exhaust pipes. New drip edge/Critter Guard to be installed. Also new flashing and ridge vents . 25 year Tamko 3 tab shingles similar to existing shingles. Drywall repair on ceiling in hallway of upstairs. Remove damaged section of drywall. Replace with new drywall, sand, mud, and ready for paint.
