Solutions provided:

In main attic space, vacuum accessible mice and squirrel dropping as best as possible. Sterifab the entire attic space to disinfect and treat for mites, lice and bacteria. Install baffles around entry point and a walkway to the fan on right side of attic space. Blow over the walk boards with green fiber cellulose insulation to R49 (14 inches).
