The customer needed new attic insulation.

Solutions provided:

Remove only blown in insulation in flat attic space with commercial vacuum and reclaim bags. Additional visible and accessible rodent droppings on batted insulation and framing will be removed with portable HEPA vacuum. Attic will be fogged with Sterifab disinfectant. Prep areas with baffles to contain blown in insulation where necessary. baffle around access hatch with R38 batted insulation. Baffle around HVAC unit. Install new white composite door to the entry and insulate with insulation foam board. Blow in R49 Cellulose where insulation was removed.
