The customer needed new attic insulation.

Solutions provided:

Remove all batted fiberglass insulation and trash in the attic space. Sterifab to disinfect. Secure bathroom exhaust pipes to the bathroom fans. Install can light covers over three recess lights. Air seal with spray foam any crack, gap, or conduit line that leads from the conditioned space to the attic. Install baffles at soffit lines and around entry point. Install weather stripping at entry point and insulate entry point door. Blow in new cellulose insulation to R49 (14 inches).
