The customer needed to get roof repairs.

Solutions provided:

Due to age/wear and tear two leaks have occurred. One over the closet and the other in the hallway. Replace entire black metal ridge vent with new metal ridge vent, caulk to seal. Remove section of shingles and plywood under the dryer exhaust vent and replace with new plywood, underlayment, and shingles to match existing as best as possible. (Tamko three tab black). Replace missing shingles on backside of roof.
