The customer needed new attic insulation.

Solutions provided:

Vaulted ceiling showing some damp spots. Roof is scheduled to be replaced. Customer is having roof replaced. Decking will need to be removed to facilitate installation. Demo whatever insulation is in the rafter bays and dispose. Apply 2 inches of closed cell foam to top of drywall. R13 Fill remaining cavity, assuming 10 inches of total clearance, with R25 batted insulation.
