Solutions provided:

Removal of soiled and contaminated insulation throughout attic to include disinfecting attic to kill any bacteria, parasites, or fleas Blow in are 38 cellulose insulation to current standard. Install RVGs over attic fans on rear roof to prevent squirrels and wrote it some re-entering attic, screen and seal foundation vents around bottom of home to prevent snakes and mice from entering. The screen around foundation vents at bottom at home and to gable vents at top of home.
