Why did the customer contact us?

The customer needed repairs to their soffit and fascia.

Solutions provided:

Replace facia board on front and rear of home behind gutter line, replace soffit solid wood on front and rear of home attached to facia. Replace rake boards on left and right hand side of home. Paint wood times two with white color paint which will be exterior. Install six soffit vents which three will be installed on front and three will be installed on back and our standard size 6 inch vents. Reattach siding that is loose on upper front left side of home.
