The customer had a leak in their roof.

Solutions provided:

Due to age/wear and tear leaks have occurred in multiple locations. Remove damaged ridge vents and replace with new black metal ridge vents to match existing. On two locations on backside of roof, remove section of shingles and damaged plywood. Install new plywood , ice/water shield, and shingles to match as best as possible in the two sections of roof that were removed. (Tamko architectural rustic cedar)
