Solutions provided:

Install new baffles at soffit lines and around entry point. Install new white composite entry door insulated with foam board insulation. Install weather stripping around entry point. Air seal any crack, gap, and conduit line for better energy efficiency. Blow in new cellulose insulation to R49 (14 inches).
