Solutions provided:

In the main attic space, blow over existing insulation with an additional 8 inches of cellulose insulation. Air sealing as best as possible. Additional baffling will be installed along the soffit lines. Baffles will be installed around the stored items. An attic tent will be installed for energy efficiency.
