Why did the customer contact us?

The customer needed new attic insulation.

Solutions provided:

Remove all the trash and blown in insulation in the attic space. Install can light covers over all recess lights for better energy efficiency. Air seal conduit lines and gaps with spray foam. Insulate entry point with foam board insulation and install weather stripping. Cover the electrical boxes with new face coverings. Insure soffit lines are clear of debris and install baffles at soffit lines and around entry point. Vent one bathroom fan through the roof with 3 inch insulated flex line and a new 223 vent on the roof. Blow in new cellulose to R49.

Install one solar attic fan on the roof and protect with a roof vent guard from entry of animals into the attic space.
