The customer needed new attic insulation.

Solutions provided:

Cut out scuttle opening to attic and frame to include reinforce for a weight capacity of 350 pounds, install pull down ladder for weight capacity of 350 pounds. Spray foam insulate around entry to attic to reduce energy loss and insulate around ladder. Replace torn section of flex duck approximate 8 inch in diameter which is approximately 10 foot long.
