Cut ceiling of garage between studs and run insulation holes to back of garage and fill pack or 19 to our 22 rating of cellulose insulation put cut out strips of drywall back in place same tape mud and sand to prep for paint only. Patch hole on right hand side of garage at wall under shelf mud and sand and prep for paint only
