Solutions provided:

Remove all insulation. Disinfect entire attic and treat with mildew side and fungicide. Weatherstrip and use the zipper seal for attic hatch with ladder. Install baffles to keep insulation in place. Air seal any gaps, cracks or crevices with insulating foam. Blow in all new cellulose insulation to a depth of 14 inches. R49.

Install wood platform in attic, above insulation, approximately 1” to 4” above insulation. About 28 feet long and 3 feet wide.

Install two stainless steel heavy gauge screens over louver vents on each side of the home. This price is dependent upon this work being done with the crew was present for other work. This work would cost $650 if done alone. The point of this is to prevent rodent or raccoon entry into an attic with a nice new clean insulated surface

Install radiant barrier on attic rafters on both sides of this roof. This will reflect much of the suns heat and prevent it from heating the air in the attic.

Remove old and Install new ceiling fans that are supplied by the customer

Install bathroom vents and fans in both bathrooms, these are to vent through the roof and one roof penetration. One will be operated by a switch which turns on the light and the fan at the same time, the other will have a separate switch. Broan quiet fans to be installed.
