The customer needed new attic insulation.

Solutions provided:

Remove old blown in fiberglass insulation and animal feces. Sterifab entire attic space to disinfect. Install baffles at the soffit lines and around the entry point. Air seal gaps and conduit lines with spray foam insulation. Blow in new cellulose insulation to R49 (14 inches). Remove old attic fan and replace with new attic fan with thermostat. Install a roof vent guard to prevent entry of animals into the attic space.
