Why did the customer contact us?

The customer needed a partial roof replacement.

Solutions provided:

Remove shingles and debris on backside of roof only. Check the plywood for damage and replace if needed. Install new synthetic underlayment, ice/water shield, new shingled ridge vent, roof boots, 750 vents, drip edge, and shingles to match front side shingles as best as possible. (Tamko three tab rustic black)
Two new 223 vents with dampers will be installed in place of one of the 750 vents indicated by the technician. Bathroom exhaust pipes will be re routed to their designated 223 vents with new insulated flex lines.
