The customer needed a roof repair.

Solutions provided:

Remove section of shingles on backside of home close to the rain diverter. Install new ice/water shield and light grey architectural shingles. Shingles will not fully match existing due to age. Replace the rain diverter with a new one. Remove siding 1 foot up along the entire shed roof and install tyvek and seam tape to seal. Seal along the top and bottom edge of the flashing. Seal the exposed nails on the flashing. Reinstall the siding after work is complete.
