The customer had a roof leak and needed a roof repair.

Solutions provided:

Main home and garage in the front
Removal all of debris and shingles from the roof and property. Install new ice/water shield, synthetic underlayment, new roof boots, shingled ridge vents, flashing, brown metal drip edge, and new Tamko three tab shingles.

Main home and front garage
Remove old gutters on front and rear of home. Replace damaged sections of 1×6 fascia board on front and rear of home. Install new 6 inch (oversize) brown gutters with oversize downspouts. Will be secured with hidden hangers.
