Why did the customer contact us?

The customer needed new attic insulation

Solutions provided:

Remove all of the blown in insulation and strifab entire attic space to disinfect. Install copper cloth on possible entry points for mice. Air seal gaps and conduit lines for energy efficiency. Install baffles at the soffit lines and around the entry point. Insulate the entry door with foam board insulation and install weather stripping. Blow in new cellulose insulation to R49 (14 inches). Include sealing up two possible entry points on the exterior of the home indicated by the technician. There is no one hundred percent seal out for mice. Only with a continuous rodent program can the population of the mice be controlled.
