The customer needed new attic insulation

Solutions provided:

Install roof vent cart of heavy gauge stainless steel permanently affixed to the roof. Re-attach rake board on the front at the right side of the roof. Check the three bathroom vent housings on the roof to make sure there is no access there. If needed we will install roof vent guards over these vents.

Remove all insulation. Sanitize attic with mildew killing, fungicide agent. Install baffles to keep insulation in proper place. Weatherstrip and insulate attic hatch. Air seal all cracks and crevices and penetrations from HVAC, plumbing, and wiring. Blow in all new cellulose insulation to a depth of 14 inches, R49.
