Why did the customer contact us?

The customer needed insulation in his garage.

Solutions provided:

Block joist bays at eaves with rigid foam.
Apply 2 inches of closed cell foam to underside of roof decking. R13 with complete air seal will be achieved. SES will cover area with plastic sheeting to protect contents of detached garage.

At knee wall in root cellar install 10 mil liner. Secure to top of knee wall with fasteners and finish sealant. Seam tape up wall approximately 12 inches where blanket insulation ends.
Add liner to open area near stairs and fasten/seal all seams.
