Customer wanted to replace the insulation

Solutions provided:

Both attics have bare spots in multiple areas. Perform blow over to bring it up to current code requirements of R38.
Blow over 5 inches of cellulose in both attics.
Install light can covers for older non-IC rated cans. Cover LED plates with flexible foil insulation to prevent insulation from entering home.
Install baffles around hatch entrance in main attic with insulation on hatch cover.

Customer will supply 2 new bathroom fans. Install in both bathrooms.

Install 2 new 750 vents through roof, duct down to bathroom fans and seal.
