Remove all insulation. Sanitize the entire attic with Stere-Fab. Install baffles to keep insulation in the proper position. Seal all cracks and crevices and penetrations with spray foam insulation, and seal all can lights. Weatherstrip and insulate attic hatch with zipper close cover over ladder. Blow in all new cellulose insulation to a depth of 14”, a insulating value of R49.
