Solutions provided:

Apply 2 new niches of closed cell spray foam on floor 1 and 2 as indicated by technician. In agreement areas are outlined in pictures. Spray foam to be applied where dry wall meets decking . If any extra areas need spray foam that are not in pictures customer may choose to add for an additional cost. Customer is indicated that it is ok for spray foam to be visible on drywall, this area is a commercial site.
