-on the second floor of home visible mold from water leaks on all 4 sides of home peeling paint test positive for lead on walls going down the stairway to back door remove dry wall to get to areas where is bad suck out old contaminated insulation what is there which is not much insulate all walls and ceilings to code fix all dry wall mud and tape and finish and paint with eco bond lead paint encapsulate while this work is going on we will put up barrier walls and run negative air machines at all time clean up and haul away all trash
Repairs
-put up barrier walls run negative air machines at all times remove ceiling that has lead dust two layers install new 1/2 inch drywall and finish seal with eco bond ready for paint clean up room haul away all trash
Drill and Fill
-first floor drill and fill walls no insulation in walls plug hole seal all walls with eco bond lead paint encapsulate for lead to make safe run negative air at all times clean up and haul away all trash summit to have 30 yard dumpster on site.
