Solutions provided:

Remove current blown in and batt insulation in primary attic space and above vaulted ceiling.Sanitize area as able.
Air seal accessible top plates, gaps and ceiling penetrations 1″ or less with sprayfoam
Install baffles
Install batt insulation in area above vaulted ceiling at recommended r-38 level (Approx 240sqft)
Install cellulose blown in insulation at recommended r-49 level in primary attic and above garage.(currently no insulation)
Install pull down attic access entry and air tent.(250lbweight rating)
Install up to 90’lf of leaf guard.Caulk around leak area on roof.
