Why did the customer contact us?

Customer needed insulation replacement.

Solutions provided:

Remove all blown/batted insulation. Remove animal feces and use Steirfab to disinfect. Air seal gaps and conduit lines for energy efficiency. Install can light covers over the recess lights. Seal around the kitchen exhaust pipe. Install new baffles at the soffit lines and around dedicated storage space. Install attic tent for energy efficiency. Blow in all new cellulose insulation to reach 14 inches (R49).
Two bathroom fans on the frontside of the attic will route to a new 750 vent on the front roof. One bathroom fan on the backside of the attic will route to a new 223 vent. Flex duct lines will be replaced with new insulated flex lines.
Oven exhaust vent hard duct will be extended to the roof and a 750 vent will be installed.
